Our loved one was checked on twice daily and things still happened that put her life in danger. I could go on and on about neglect and mishandling of residents but it does no good.

He is comfortable in his private room & he's content playing on his computer, watching TV & reading his daily newspaper.
They have an activity every day; one that we had recently was the residents made fruit salad. The problem is they should get more CNAs. My 93 year old father was admitted here in December, 2017.
